Maple Desserts Class - April 11

In this course you will have the opportunity to learn 3 maple-based desserts with Patrice:

- Maple Glazed Sandwiches

- Financier with maple sugar and hot chocolate

- Roasted maple pears, spiced chiffon cake and pecan nougatine.

The pastry classes are demonstrative classes lasting 3 hours given by Patrice for a group of 12 people at a time.

*Refund policy: You have until April 4 to cancel and be refunded. After this period, you can sell or give your ticket to the person of your choice, no refund possible with less than 7 days' notice.
