Maple Desserts Class - April 18

In this course you will have the opportunity to learn 3 maple-based desserts with Patrice:

- Maple Glazed Sandwiches

- Financier with maple sugar and hot chocolate

- Roasted maple pears, spiced chiffon cake and pecan nougatine.

The pastry classes are demonstrative classes lasting 3 hours given by Patrice for a group of 12 people at a time.

*Refund policy: You have until April 11 to cancel and be refunded. After this period, you can sell or give your ticket to the person of your choice, no refund possible with less than 7 days' notice.
